You won't want to miss 12th Annual Grand Pirates Ball, the official kick-off of the 2011 Blackbeard Pirate Festival! This recreation of Blackbeard's party at Ocracoke includes festive Caribbean food provided by the Crowne Plaza Hampton Marina, adult beverages, live music by The Brigands, merryment and more.

Tickets are $40.
 Pirate costumes are preferred but creative black tie is acceptable.
