Citizens at the local tavern discuss
their concerns about the increasing threat to the town from Blackbeard and his crew. When two suspected members of his crew are discovered listening in, the discussion becomes a brawl.

After a hapless merchant vessel is overtaken and seized by Blackbeard and his crew, an infuriated Royal Governor dispatches Lt. Maynard to
Ocracoke to Capture Blackbeard.

Devilmen Menace on the Waterfront
The Royal Navy (portrayed by the Devilmen of Cape Fear) learns of a pirate encampment and dispatches a patrol boat to harass the pirates. The pirates return fire and chase off the navy.

Lt Maynard returns with Blackbeard’s treasure and crew. The prisoners are paraded through the streets to face hard judgment by Governor Spotswood. After the trial Blackbeard’s Treasure is shared with the citizens of Hampton.
